Download Microsoft's Free Viewers

You can open Microsoft documents, spreadsheets and PowerPoints with the following viewers, even if you do not have the programs for viewing them.  With a viewer you can view, print and copy documents, but will not be able to do any editing.  These viewers can be downloaded free from Microsoft.  Just click on the viewer you wish to download.

Word Viewer 2003 (.doc) - View, print and copy Word documents, even if you do not have Word installed.

PowerPoint Viewer 2003 (.ppt) - You can view full featured presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later versions.

Excel Viewer 2003 (.xls) - Open, view and print Excel workbooks, even if you do not have Excel installed.

You can view and print PDF files, which is a standard in the industry for transmitting documents through email and on web sites.  Adobe Reader
